PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noodles with display to solve problems of the conventional noodles sold in a state contained in a predetermined package or a bag that the name of brand, place of production, name of producer or the like can be identified from the display on the package but the real states of the noodles taken out from the package can not be identified lacking originality. SOLUTION: This invention comprises the noodles having desired display 1B on a side 1A1 of noodle strips 1A in a predetermined interval and the manufacturing equipment for manufacturing the noodles, and the equipment is provided with a noodle table 3, a cutter 4 and a stamping part 5, and set to obtain the noodle strips by stamping the desired display on the noodle band put on the surface of the noodle table by the stamping part and then cutting the noodle band by the cutter to obtain the noodle strips with display. |
