PURPOSE: Provided is a functional marsh clam beverage composition for hangover relaxation. The marsh calm contains abundant amino acids, such as isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, etc., as well as aspartic acid, and is thus useful for hangover relaxation. CONSTITUTION: The functional marsh clam beverage composition for hangover relaxation characterized by the steps of: discharging earth and sand from marsh clam; washing it in a cylindrical shaped net with stirring and boiling it; separating meat of marsh calm and its shell, and filtering; adding 0.5 wt.% of ginger strips and 0.05 wt.% of Pueraria thunbergiana benth, as a glucose source based on 100 wt.% of marsh calm infusion and filtering them; filling a can with the filtrate together with carbonic acid gas then vacuum-sealing it; and sterilizing it at high temperature.
