PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter which has a small damage of a printing layer at a concealing ink layer releasing time and which can judge print information in a clear shape in the matter in which information of the printing layer cannot be visually recognized before the ink layer is released and in which a character/design of the printing layer is obtained after the layer is released. SOLUTION: The printed matter comprises at least the printing layer formed on one side surface of a plastic film, at least the concealing ink layer formed on other side surface in such a manner that character/design information of the printing layer is not visually recognized from the ink layer side and information of the printing layer is obtained after the layer is released. The ink layer is formed by any printing method selected from the group consisting of gravure, offset and silk screen printings.
