PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly heterochromic titanium oxide composition exhibiting color clarity and new excellent brilliance having a color due to color interference and having no turbid complementary color. SOLUTION: The coated composition of the highly heterochromic titanium oxide composition is a coated composition obtained by forming a coat on the surface of a flaky substrate, wherein the plate shape of the flaky substrate has 50-800μm size and has 0.05-0.6μm thickness and the coat contains 70-95 wt.% titanium composition. The highly heterochromic titanium oxide composition is a composition obtained by treating off the coat of the titanium composition from the covered composition.
