SOLUTION: A cam 22 for a lock lever is integrally formed on a paper feed roller shaft 571 as a rotating shaft of the paper feed roller 57. The lock lever 21 is mounted in a state of being rotatably journaled and slide contacted with the cam 22 for the lock lever. A locking part 211 formed on the lock lever 21 prevents the rotation of a paper return member 1 in the sub-scanning direction Y in a state of being engaged with the paper return member 1 in a paper feed standby state.
