PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge garbage such as oil and leftovers collected in a washing tank after sorting them. SOLUTION: For this overflow pipe 34 which is arranged in the washing tank 20, an external pipe 38 is fitted on the outside of an internal pipe 36 which is connected with a draining path 32. A passage 40 which extends in the vertical direction is partitioned between the outer periphery of the internal pipe 36 and the inner periphery of the external pipe 38. The upper end opening 38a of the external pipe 38 is located above the upper end opening 36a of the internal pipe 36. Then, washing water which exceeds the level L1 of the upper end opening 38a of the external pipe 38 flows into the upper end opening 36a of the internal pipe 36 from the upper end opening 38a, and is discharged to the outside of the machine. While the water level in the washing tank 20 changes from the level L1 of the upper end opening 38a of the external pipe 38 to the level L2 of the upper end opening 36a of the internal pipe 36, the washing water in the vicinity of the tank bottom section, which has flowed into the passage 40 from the lower end opening 38b of the external pipe 38 is discharged to the outside of the machine from the upper end opening 36a of the internal pipe 36.
