PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing apparatus in which instable deodorizing effect and bad maintainability are solved and whose running cost is reduced. SOLUTION: The inside of a casing 1 for forming an airtight space is horizontally divided into a deodorizing chamber 3 and a liquid storage chamber 4. An exhaust inflow cylinder 9 communicated with a vacuum pump and an exhaust outflow cylinder 10 communicated with the atmosphere are arranged in the chamber 3. A spray nozzle 11 for spraying a liquid deodorizer (a) is arranged at the upper position of the chamber 3 and connected to the chamber 4 through a liquid sending pipe 14. A liquid supplying pump 13 is arranged on the pipe 14 for forcibly sending the deodorizer (a) stored in the chamber 4 to the nozzle 11. A plurality of deodorizing spaces 3a-3e are formed in the chamber 3 so that exhaust gas runs meandering up and down through the spaces 3a-3e and one of the spaces 3a-3e is communicated with the adjacent spaces. The nozzle 11 is arranged to face to each of the prescribed spaces 3b-3d. A partition plate 2 having liquid permeability is arranged between the chambers 3 and 4.
