PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring mobile IP network quality that can exactly and quickly measure the quality of a mobile IP network with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The quality measurement device 1 is provided with a prior- movement terminal simulating section 11, an post after-movement terminal simulating section 12, and an opposite terminal simulating section 13, and they are respectively connected to a FA 3, a FA 4 and an IP network 5. Then a control section 10 of the quality measurement device 1 coordinates the simulating sections to make hand-over accompanying the movement of a mobile terminal and the simulating sections measure packet transfer quality at hand-over, such as the number of aborted packets, a packet abort rate, and the number of aborted packets in a network, on the basis of number of data packets sent/ received by the simulating sections. |
