<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the quality of medical treatment of respective medical facilities and to provide superior medical services by allowing the medical facilities to send and receive medical treatment information. SOLUTION: A plurality of clinic devices 10 and a hospital device 20 are so constituted as to send and receive data through the Internet. A clinic device 10 generates a basic information file in XML format having patient information and inquiry contents, generates electronic mail which has the basic information file as an attached file and which is addressed to the hospital device 20, and sends it out to the Internet. The hospital device 20 displays the contents of the attached file of the electronic mail received from the Internet, generates a reply information file in XML format which has answer contents responding to the inquiry contents included in the attached file, and generates and sends electronic mail which has the generated file as an attached file and is addressed to the clinic device 10 via the Internet.</p> |
