PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar display device capable of preventing abrupt fluctuations of ground levels of respective driving IC chips 21 and malfunctions of the driving IC chips due to the fluctuations from being generated as a planar display device 10 in which a driving signal is supplied from a printed circuit board 1 to the main body of a display panel through the IC chips 21. SOLUTION: In this display device, impedances are designed so as to become to be equal to or larger than 0.05Ωas to ground connecting wirings 11 existing in the printed circuit board 1 for making ground parts 12 existing in the printed circuit board 1 electrically conduct to a metallic bezel cover 4.
