摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a convenient method for thin film formation without losing the substantial nature of fullerene and to provide a novel material for photoelectric conversion element using the fullerene that is superior in photoelectric conversion capacity. SOLUTION: This material for photoelectic conversion element comprises a carixarene that is provided with a hydrophobic upper part and a lower part having an ionic hydrophilic functional group, a fullerene, a conductive substrate provided with a surface having a reverse charge to the hydophilic functional group of the carixarene, and an electron-donative compound having a functional group with reverse charge to the hydophilic functional group of the carixarene. A complex that the carixarene and fullerene are combined at a ratio of 2:1 is laminated on the surface of a substrate, and the electron-donative compound is laminated on the complex. As an example of electron-donative compound, a polymer having a porphyrin in a side-chain is preferably used. Respective component materials are dipped one after another for adjustment.</p>
