PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actinic-radiation-curing composition excellent in curability, to provide an overprint varnish using the composition and being excellent in adhesion to a ground ink, surface gloss, etc., and to provide a certain product. SOLUTION: The actinic-radiation-curing composition contains (a) an amino- containing polymer compound having a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000-100,000 and (b) an unsaturated compound prepared by esterifying a compound represented by formula 1: CH2 =CH-(COOCH2 CH2 )n -COOH (wherein n is 0 or a positive integer and is 0.2-1 on the average) with an alcohol compound.
