PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for peeling and separating toner in office waste papers, capable of recovering a high quality pulp by easily progressing the peeling of the toner with a relatively weak agitation so as not to cut paper fibers. SOLUTION: This method for peeling and separating the toner in the office waste papers is provided by immersing the office waste papers immersed in advance under an alkaline condition, into kerosene emulsion to soften the resin in the toner and peeling off from the paper.
