PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for accumulating enquiries which enable highly accurate accumulation of the enquiries, while preventing personnel expenses and labor service management from increasing. SOLUTION: A section for enquiry is imaged by each fixed time interval, the imaged image data are transmitted to a storage part 3, the image data are subsequently displayed on a display part 4, research object items are selected on the screen of the display part 4 and research object persons, corresponding to the research object items are selected on the screen, the research object items are subsequently associated with the research object persons to be stored in a recording part 3, associating work is conducted for each image data which are displayed on the screen of the displaying part 4, and next, the research object items and object persons of enquiry which are associated and stored are accumulated. |
