PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in operating a conventional imaging apparatus because an operation panel of the imaging apparatus has poor visibility and is inconvenient to operate in some cases, and solve the problem of noises when the operation panel is made movable. SOLUTION: The operation panel having a liquid crystal display part is set movably to a body of the imaging apparatus, and at the same time, a conductive member for grounding electric parts of the operation panel is set separately from a signal line.
