REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF NECK SECTION OF STIRINGED INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a neck section of a stringed instrument which has high strength and does not give rise to warpage of the neck section with an extremely simple structure and to provide the reinforcing structure of the neck section of the stringed instrument having a function to correct and regulate the warpage of the neck section. SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure is a rigid planer bar-like body R (20) which is embedded longitudinally long along the longitudinal direction of the neck section on the lower side 15 of a fingerboard of the neck section 12 of the stringed instrument 10. The planar bar-like body is formed with a cut groove section 25 from a body side 11s allowing the prescribed segment on the head side 13s to remain. The planar bar-like body is segmented to a head side grooveless segment 21, a body side groove upper half segment 22 and a body side groove lower half segment 23 by this cut groove section. The head side grooveless segment and the body side groove upper half segment are integrally bonded to the neck section and as to the body side groove lower half segment, its body side end is fixed and held to the neck section without being integrally bonded to the neck section.
