PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk sticking method capable of satisfactorily carrying out the sticking operation between a disk base material including a reflection layer and a disk base material not including the reflection layer, without generating a residual bubble. SOLUTION: When the 2nd disk base material D2 not including the reflection layer RL is laid over the 1st disk base material D1 including the reflection layer RL after an adhesive AM is annularly coated on the upper surface of the 1st disk base material so as to match with the array of pin electrodes 4b, by means of applying a prescribed voltage between a 1st holding means 1 for holding the 1st disk base material D1 and each pin electrode 4b positioned at the upper side of the 2nd disk base material D2, the part of the annularly coated adhesive AM opposite to the lower end surface of each pin electrode 4b is surely attracted facing to the lower end surface of each electrode 4b, then the control of the attracting direction is stably and exactly attained.
