SOLUTION: A non-contact ticket processing apparatus is provided with a reading means for reading data which is recorded on a non-contact ticket and a processing control means for performing a processing for subtracting this-time usage charge from a read money amount when the money amount of the read money amount data meets the amount of this-time usage charge and also for storing a shortage amount or the this-time usage amount into afterward settlement data storage part for an afterward settlement processing when the this-time usage money amount exceeds the money amount of the read money amount data.
