PURPOSE: A synchro pin separation-preventing device of a double cone of a manual transmission for a vehicle is provided to increase synchronizer capacity by using a double cone synchronizer on one side and to prevent noise and seizure of a synchronizer ring by preventing separation of a synchro pin with using a retainer ring. CONSTITUTION: A synchro pin separation-preventing device of a double cone of a manual transmission for a vehicle comprises a clutch sleeve(61) moved by a shift fork, a double cone synchronizer ring(62) making synchronization performed, with connected to the clutch sleeve, a dog clutch(63) connected to the double cone synchronizer ring, a synchro pin(64), a clutch hub(67), and a retainer ring(68) to prevent separation of the synchro pin. The double cone synchronizer prevents separation of the synchro pin in shifting into two-stage range, and the retainer ring prevents separation of the synchro pin in shifting into one-stage range.
