PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conduction member which can ensure electrical insulating properties of a graphite sheet, while forming it thin, and to provide an electronic device having the heat conduction member. SOLUTION: A heat conduction member 100 is disposed, to adhere close to a heat dissipating device for transmitting heat generated when the heat dissipating device is operated, to a cooling part side, and has a graphite sheet 200; and a diamond-like carbon thin film 300 having electrical insulating properties, formed on the surface of the graphite sheet 200.
