PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of rice containing mushrooms. Therefore, the manufactured rice is impregnated with beneficial components of mushrooms to a human body, and has improved flavor and taste. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of rice containing mushrooms comprises the steps of: dissolving mushrooms powders in water; coating the solution on rice and impregnating the rice with the solution using a wet-polishing machine; and polishing the rice and drying it.
