A manual wheeled hand cart designed to hang flexible bags of assorted items. Six precise located hooks suspend overlapping bags on a wire frame grid upright back, with a single handle. The upright has two different vertical angles to position and stabilize the bags which once located remain in their original position and don't shift while being transported. The upright frame back is fixed two inches ahead of the wheels providing a zero weight balance on the handle while in transit. This condition on the handle is equal for a five or six foot tall person. The wire grid base comes in three styles, fixed base, fold up base and removable base. The wheels are attached to the wire frame base for the fixed base mode l. The two wheels on all three models are mounted under and inside avoiding contact with the load or any hanging objects.
