PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization by reducing the height, regarding a sensor unit which is provided with a magnetic sphere, a permanent magnet and a magnetic sensor and used for measuring an angle of inclination or acceleration or the like. SOLUTION: This sensor unit is provided with a printed board 31, a block 32, a steel ball 33 in a recessed part of the block 32, a cover 34, the permanent magnet 35, GaAs Hall elements 36Y1 , 36Y2 , etc., a lower half case 38, and an upper half case 39. The Hall elements 36Y1 , 36Y2 , etc., are mounted on the printed board 31, the block 32 is fixed on an upper surface of the printed board 31, and the permanent magnet 35 is fixed on a lower surface of the printed board 31. The GaAs Hall elements 36Y1 , 36Y2 , etc., are arranged by using a part between the steel ball 33 and the permanent magnet 35 which are arranged face to face being isolated from each other by a specified distance. A space which is used only for arranging the GaAs Hall elements 36Y1 , 36Y2 , etc., is unnecessary. |
