PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability when an image corresponding to a viewpoint of an operator is displayed among images seen from a plurality of viewpoints. SOLUTION: A viewpoint detecting part 3 analyzes facial image data of the operator imaged by an image pickup device 1 through a frame memory 2 and detects the movement quantity and movement direction of an operator's viewpoint. An image controlling part 4 specifies an image corresponding to the movement direction and movement quantity of the viewpoint detected by the viewpoint detecting part 3 and displays the image on a display 6 through a display controlling part 5. An agent controlling part 7 displays a personified agent together with the image to be displayed so as to pay attention to a direction corresponding to the detected viewpoint of the operator. Then, images corresponding to the movement direction and movement quantity of the viewpoint of the operator are switched and displayed, and the personified agent is also displayed so as to pay attention to a direction corresponding to the viewpoint of the operator.
