A tubing hanger (2) to facilitate production tubing annulus access including a tubing hanger (2) body having a central bore, a shuttle valve (28) slidably mounted to the tubing hanger (2) body, and at least one annulus access bore (20) through the tubing hanger (2) permitting fluid communication between the central bore and an annulus defined between a production tubing string and a wellbore or casing via the tubing hanger (2) body and the shuttle valve (28). The shuttle valve (28) may be slidably movable between an open and a closed position. The tubing hanger (2) may further include a groove (18) enclosed by a filler (22), the groove (18) providing communication between a plurality of small annulus bores (10, 12) and a large annulus access bore (20). |
