PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring data transferred between two devices. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a mirror memory circuit 30 in which data write/read is executed, as with a memory circuit 11, based on a first data to be sent from a memory control circuit 12 to the memory circuit 11, and a signal sampling circuit 20 that stores the first data and a second data read out from the mirror memory circuit 30 in a sampling memory circuit 40. In the sampling memory circuit 40, the first data passed from the memory control circuit 12 to the memory circuit 11 and the second data same with the data to be passed from the memory circuit 11 to the memory control circuit 12 are stored, thus permitting to monitor the data sent/received between the memory control device and the memory circuit.
