PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite sheet which has an advantage in costs and operations by allowing savings in labor for incorporating a conductive filler, such as carbon black, which is required to impart electrical conductivity. SOLUTION: This composite sheet is constituted by laminating conductive films, coated with a conductive coating, at least on one side of a base-material layer, and an electronic-component packaging container uses the composite sheet. The base-material layer, which can appropriately use a thermoplastic resin, can be composed of a monolayer or a multilayer.
