PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain movement of a nut due to lateral load such as centrifugal force. SOLUTION: This jointing device is provided with a pair of jointed bodies 6, a bolt 1 and nuts 2. The jointed bodies 6 each have a bolt hole 7, and the bolts 1 penetrate the bolt holes 7. The nuts 2 are respectively screwed to threaded parts 12 at both ends of the bolt 1. Each nut 2 has a nearly cylindrical projection part 22 on the inside periphery part of its bearing surface 20. The projection part 22 of the nut 2 is so formed as to fit to the bolt hole 7 of the corresponding jointed body 6. Thereby, even when the lateral load acting on the nut part exceeds the maximum static friction between the bearing surface 20 of the nut 2 and the jointed body 6, the movement of the nut 2 with respect to the jointed body 6 can be restrained by the projection part 22 of the nut 2.
