PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for crushing building waste materials capable of surely separating particles from fibers with no particles are compression- bonded to fibers. SOLUTION: After waste materials W are cut and crushed into pieces by a crushing means A, the pieces are squashed by a squashing means B and separated particles from fibers. The squashing means B constitutes a pair of squashing rollers 20, 21 at an upper stage part and a pair of squashing rollers 22, 23 at a lower stage part. The squashing rollers 20-24 are linked by a primary driving motor 12 and a secondary driving motor 42 and are rotary driven by differential velocity. The pair of squashing rollers 20, 21 and 22, 23 are made capable of adjusting the differential velocity.
