PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder treater improved in the ability to blend different powders and being capable of efficiently performing the storage and delivery of the resultant powder blend. SOLUTION: In a powder treater adapted so that powder packs 2 selectively withdrawn from an automatic warehouse 1 having many holding shelves 4 and being capable of holding powder packs 2 having been stacked on a pallet are fed from a feeder 6 having a cutting mechanism into a movable container 8, different powders held in the container 8 are blended under agitation in a blending tank 9, and the container 8 is transferred to the next step, a plurality of feeders 6 having cutting mechanisms, blending tanks 9, and other powder treaters are arranged on both sides of the warehouse 1 as the center, containers 8 holding different powder blends are stored on the shelves of the warehouse 1, and containers 8 are capable of being transferred, if required, to the next step from the warehouse 1.
