SUBSTANCE: electrochemical cell designed to feed miniature portable devices has fist layer of insoluble negative plate, second layer of insoluble positive plate, and third layer of liquid electrolyte, the latter being disposed between first and second layers; it also has material absorbing moisture from air to permanently hold open cell in humid state, electrically active soluble material to ensure desired ion conductance, water-soluble polymer to ensure desired viscosity for reliable connection of first and second layer with third one.
