PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an edge shape of a push-in edge of an incising cutting tool so that a drug can be permeated to a deep position in lumber, a hole of a size more than a necessity is not bored on a surface of the lumber and a resistance in boring is minimized. SOLUTION: An incising cutting tool 1 for incising many cuts for permeating a drug as a pretreatment for a rot proof and ant proof processing for the lumber into the lumber on the surface 10a of the lumber 10 is provided as specific intervals peripherally on a peripheral edge of a ring-like body part 23 and equipped with a plurality of push-in edges 2 to be forced inside the lumber. The push-in edge has, as an edge of a plurality of stages having a height difference due to a step part, two stage edges comprising a first stage edge part 2a and a second stage edge part 2a of a narrow width extending from a center in the edge width direction to the edge direction, and the edge of the second stage edge part is formed by a plane. The push-in edge is composed of the edge having the step part along a rotary direction of the ring-like body part.
