A method of constructing a spherical dome (or polygonal dome) almost by a low layer assembly, comprising the steps of constructing the top frame of the dome to be constructed on a base, lifting the top frame to a specified height, constructing a lower frame between the lower peripheral edge of the top frame and the surface of the base, further lifting the frame to a specified height, constructing the lower frame between the lower peripheral edge of the frame and the surface of the base, repeating the construction and lifting of the frame required times so as to construct all frames of the dome, and then finishing the exterior and interior of the dome.
