PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing metallic material fastening a foundation centerline to the centerline of columns of a wooden building or the like. SOLUTION: A hole for a tenon and a hole 5 for a drift pin for fixing a column are formed to the column base of the column, the column base is inserted to the tenon 4 for a hold-down metallic material, the drift pin is inserted into the hole 5 for the drift pin and the column is fixed, and an anchor bolt 10 for a foundation is inserted into the loose hole of a fastening box 7 and the column can be fastened to the foundation by a washer 11 and a nut 12.
