PURPOSE: A frame of a flat display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to simplify the fabricating of the frame in a short time at a low cost, and modify the design or color of the frame according to the taste of a user. CONSTITUTION: A frame of a flat display device includes front frames(20) cut by a predetermined length according to the size and appearance of a flat display device to be attached to outer rims of the flat display device, coupling parts(30) mounted to each corner of the front frame for coupling the cut front frame to each other, and a rear cover(40) coupled to rear surfaces of the front frame for fixing the flat display device mounted in the front frame.
