A solenoid pressure pump is provided to increase productivity by simplifying structure, and to pressurize fluid according to an electric signal by using a solenoid pressure valve. A solenoid pressure valve includes a hollow valve housing(21) winding induction coils(22,23), an elastic unit(26) installed in the valve housing, a hollow moving spindle(27) installed in the valve housing, placed at an end of the elastic unit, provided with permanent magnets(27a,27b) and interlocked with the induction coil, and a pressure piston(28) movably installed at an end of the moving spindle in the valve housing and provided with a hollow part, an oil penetration hole, a piston head and a recessed discharge part. Permanent magnets(27c) are installed at both outer peripheries of the moving spindle to minimize friction of the moving spindle in the valve housing.
