PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual acuity chart to objectively evaluate a human being's ability to see, incorporating anew an examination of the quality of sight into a visual acuity test method in which there is only a test method based on decimal visual acuity. SOLUTION: The visual acuity chart is comprised of images processed by, the kinds of sight and/or the quality of sight. The visual acuity chart displaying the quality of sight that cannot be judged only by a visual acuity value indicated by samples of sight makes it possible to made a correct judgment and prescription. |
