PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical cell 10 that has a wide application. SOLUTION: In the cell device, a casing 22, made of an electrical conductive material having an opening end, is combined with a first and second electrode, and the first electrode contacts the first current collector and the second electrode contacts the second current collector. A terminal lead 20 is isolated from the casing and connected to one of the first and second current collector, and a conductive extension is connected to the other of the first and second current collector; and the first and the second electrode are activated by the electrolyte, the opening end of the casing is closed by a lid which is made of an electric conductive material, and the conductive extension is trapped in the lid. |
