PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid ejector for supplying ink to a print cartridge mounted removably on a carriage through a tube in which an ink needle on the tube side and an interconnecting member on the print cartridge side can be connected surely and hermetically while reducing the size of an ink supply connecting means. SOLUTION: An interconnecting member 15 of soft material fitted in the ink inflow projecting part 14 of a print cartridge 3 being inserted into an ink needle 31 is provided, at the forward end part thereof, with a small hole 15 and a closing thin film 16 having a central slit 16a. Furthermore, a cut-shaped needle forward end avoiding shape 14b is provided at the lower forward end part of the projecting part 14 such that a print cartridge 3 can be prevented from abutting against the forward end part of the ink needle 31 at the time of loading thus reducing movement of a needle holding member 30. |
