PURPOSE: A permanent generator is provided to generate electricity without polluting environment generating energy without limit. CONSTITUTION: A rotating circular plate(1) is movably fixed in a central portion(3). A spring(2) is fixed with a rotation plate(6) in a lower end(4) of a central shaft ,and rotates clockwise to rotate permanently. A pendulum(11) moves sidewise with operation of magnet(10) located behind the central portion(3) helping elasticity of the spring(2). Therefore, the rotating circular plate(1) rotates permanently. |
