PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ethylene/vinyl alcohol (EVOH) resin composition which can stabilize the shape of a molded product such as a pellet and the like though the composition has compounded therewith various components other than the EVOH. SOLUTION: An EVOH having a water content of at least 0.5 wt.% (component A) and an additive component B are introduced into an extruder and kneaded. Subsequently, water is supplied to or removed from the extruder, or water supply to and water removal from the extruder are combined, thereby to adjust the water content of the resin composition in the extruder, and then the resin composition is delivered, provided that water is supplied or removed as a liquid. Thus, cutting of a strand or cutting error is inhibited. |
