PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stretch packaging film having a combination of excellent antifoggingness with high heat resistance or film strength and also excellent in automatic packaging machine suitability by using a resin other than polyvinyl chloride-based resins. SOLUTION: This stretch packaging film is characterized by being made from a resin composition which is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin with an ethylene content of 5-35 mol% with 5-15 pts.wt. of a dihydric or higher hydric alcohol. The other version of this stretch packaging film is characterized by being such that at least one side of the above stretch packaging film is laminated with a polyvinyl alcohol resin layer >=1,200 in average polymerization degree and >=98 mol% in saponification degree.
