PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing case wherewith storage and taking-out of vinyl bags used at supermarkets or the like can be made easily and storage and taking-out of women's underwears and stockings can be made easily. SOLUTION: The diameter and the length for a tubular (pipe-like) case can be determined in accordance with uses. A slit in a width sufficient for passing fingers therethrough is made for the tubular case in its longitudinal direction.
