PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a dimension around a wheel steering shaft to reduce an operation force for steering. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left swing arm 2 are held in a main body frame so as to swing freely and vertically. The wheel steering shaft 3 inclined at a predetermined angle is provided in a tip part of the swing arm 2. An axle 5 provided with dirigible road wheels 4 is connected to the wheel steering shaft 3 so as to steer and rotate freely. This electric cart performs steering operation by changing the direction of right and left dirigible road wheels 4 by the operation of a steering handle. A slide bearing 8 is provided between a cylindrical body 7 integrated with the swing arm 2 and the wheel steering shaft 3 on which the cylindrical body 7 is externally fitted.
