<p>Disclosed are a heat sink used for emitting heat generated from a module installed in various telecommunication relays, and a method for manufacturing the heat sink having a superior heat emitting effect with being easily manufactured. According to the method for manufacturing the heat sink, fins are integrally inserted into a heat sink base. The fin is manufactured through various processes, such as extruding, cutting, pressing, sintering, injecting or casting process. The fins are inserted into a mold manufacturing the sink base. The heat sink base made of aluminum or stuff having a superior thermal conductivity is manufactured in the mold, so that the fins and the heat sink base are integrally manufactured without manufacturing an air layer therebetween.</p> |
