PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an air pump in shoes in order to eliminate such problems that when air is injected into a balloon at the heel of shoes, air is blown in with the mouth of a human being, and occasionally, air cannot be blown in by the mouth because the plug for air is stained, and therefore, an air pump has to be carried all the time. SOLUTION: This pump (1) is installed at the toe section in the shoe. Then, air is fed to a balloon (5) through a tube (2) from the air pump (1), and the balloon (5) is expanded.
