PURPOSE: A noise compensating device is provided to generate phase-inversed sound to compensate noise by a phase-inversed sound generating element after precisely capturing the noise and converting the noise into electric or optical signals. CONSTITUTION: A noise compensating device includes a noise capturing and signal converting element(15) for capturing undesired noise and converting the noise into electric signals, and a phase-inversed sound generating element(17) for generating sound of which size is equal to the external noise and phase is different by 180°, wherein the noise capture signal converting element is directly attached to the noise generating source for capturing the vibration due to the noise. |
