PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass pane that can select and shade only a radio wave with a prescribed frequency band without shading the visual field. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic shade film 11 with a plurality of antenna conductor chips 11a attenuating the radio wave with the prescribed frequency band formed to them is provided to an edge of the window glass 1. Furthermore, a transparent conductive film 12 is provided nearly in the middle other than the edge.
