摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension wire having insulation performance and enhanced close adhesion to a gel material. SOLUTION: A beryllium cupper wire is used as a metal core wire (1) having spring performance, a polyurethane coating film layer having satisfactory close adhesion to the gel material is provided by coating and baking a polyurethane paint on its outer periphery as an insulation coating film layer (2a) having satisfactory close adhesion to the gel material and a fusion coating film layer (2b) having satisfactory close adhesion to the gel material is provided by coating and baking a fusion paint consisting essentially of copolymerized polyamide based resin on the outer periphery of the polyurethane coating film layer to form the suspension wire (3b) having satisfactory close adhesion to the gel material.
