PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic adjustment device for an internal calibration signal, improving work efficiency and resisting external factors such as vibrations. SOLUTION: This automatic adjustment device for an internal calibration signal is used to adjust a calibration signal incorporated in an apparatus for measurement, and is equipped with a digital signal generating circuit 11 for generating a digital signal as the internal calibration signal, a D/A converter 8 for D/A converting the digital signal generated by the circuit 11, an effective value computation circuit 12 for amplifying, A/D converting, and then computing an output signal from the converter 8, a comparison circuit 13 for comparing an effective value calculated by the circuit 12 with a prescribed calibration value, a coefficient calculation circuit 14 for calculating an adjustment coefficient for the calibration signal from a comparison result by the circuit 13, and a memory 15 for storing the adjustment coefficient calculated by the circuit 14. When a self-diagnosis is made on whether a calibration has actually been completed or not, a signal obtained by multiplying the digital signal by the adjustment coefficient is used.
